On Sunday, Doug preached through all 72 verses of Psalm 78. In this passage we are told that it's
imperative that we remind the next generation of our own failures and of God's greatness. By doing this we can
help them to put their confidence in God not in themselves, to remember God, not forget Him, and to obey Him.
One way we help with this calling at Good News is through the KidZone program. Doug encouraged everyone to get involved in some capacity in KidZone, or the Youth Bible Study, if you're able. We currently have 79 volunteers in KidZone, and are under-staffed. We need 104 volunteers so that everyone only has to serve once a month.
