Youth Bible Study

About Us

Youth Bible Study

Good News Youth Bible Study is a community group specifically for children in Middle and High School. This is a group where students can establish and foster biblical community among their peer groups in a safe environment.

The pre-teen and teenage years are often such a challenging, exciting, and crucial time in a young Christian’s life. Our primary goal is to partner with you in developing and strengthening your preteen or teenager’s relationship with Christ. It is our joy to do so!

What happens at the Youth Bible Study?

Glad you asked. We first begin youth group with having a time of fellowship, spending time together building friendships. Afterwards, we play middle and high school group games followed by large group teaching. After our large group teaching, we split up into middle and high school small groups for further discussion of the topic and prayer.

We will be walking through 2 mini-studies: Under Authority and Authentic Faith. It is our hope that they will understand that God is the ultimate authority. We will also address God’s heart for parental authority and how a Christian should handle ungodly authority. We are also hoping to explain that authentic faith, is not situational, wishful thinking or hoping for the best. It is our prayer, that at the end of the semester, they can truly know what true faith is and that our obedient acts are a result of this faith.
